Residential Home Inspection Service
A home inspection is an opportunity for you to learn about your new home and obtain the information you need to plan for future home repairs and maintenance. By evaluating the visible structural, electrical, HVAC system, plumbing, attached appliances, and exterior components of a home, Home Inspector Dan will provide you with the best information possible to make your home buying decision.
My inspection will be performed using a state-of-the-art electronic inspection management system. The report will be highly detailed and available for download online within 24 hours. My goal is to provide you with the most accurate and detailed description of the condition of the property.
The inspection report will contain 3 sections; Property Information, Key Findings, and Termite Report. My goal is to provide you with a downloadable report within 24 hours of the start of the inspection. The key findings section will help you and your realtor evaluate your options more efficiently.
As an Arizona certified WDO inspector, I will include a termite report with every residential home inspection. The WDO report will list evidence of pests and/or conducive conditions. A termite inspector that is not a home inspector will not be looking in the far corners of your attic. A home inspector will.
Condo / Townhome
Condominiums and townhomes have common or shared systems and features that should be inspected or reported on. The inspection will provide you with the information you need to make an unbias decision about the property.
Pool / Spa
Buying a home with a pool and spa? We will take a look at the systems of the pool and include any deficiencies in the home inspection report. This provides an easy way to print pool repair requests with the home inspection as well.
